Welcome to the Membership

This space is for women who’ve already begun the journey inward and who want a steady place to keep deepening, integrating and connecting.

It’s not a course. It’s not a challenge. It’s a space for integration.

For staying in touch with the work, a place to come back to yourself, again and again.

Each month, we meet for two live sessions where we explore the inner landscape together. You’ll be supported in reconnecting with your body, your parts, and the compassionate leader within you. Expect reflection, gentle practices, and space to ask questions or be witnessed.

You’re welcome exactly as you are. There’s nothing to prove and no pressure to show up perfectly, just an ongoing invitation to stay in relationship with the work and with yourself.

What’s Included:

  • Two live 75 minute Zoom sessions per month
  • Replays if you can’t attend live
  • Optional reflection prompts between sessions
  • A grounded, heartful space to be supported in your process
